Buckle
up your harness and get ready to climb. This course offers 15 days
of amazing climbing variety and spice, with instruction by world
class climbing guides.
Beginning
in southern in Wyoming, we practice the fundamentals to refresh
everyone in proper rope management, knots, belaying, safety procedures,
and movement on rock.
Advancing
to the Sinks Canyon in central Wyoming, we spend the next three
days climbing on large granite boulders in this geologically unique
sport climbing area. Sinks Canyons is known for short and spicy
sport climbing routes. We reach new levels of climbing ability as
we hone our techniques.
Welcome
to Wild Iris and the International Climbers' Festival! This annual
event celebrates climbing and draws famous climbers from around
the world. At the festival, we can participate in a youth climbing
competition, see new climbing films, and hear rock climbers from
around the world tell their exciting stories.
