We are proud of the outstanding people who make up our top-notch staff. They are mature and fun, with an average age of 30. The staff retention last summer was greater than 80%! They definitely have a strong commitment to the kids, camp, and life in the mountains. Staff repeatedly say they prefer to work with us because we provide a small, professional environment where they can learn, grow and be challenged while "making a difference."
